AGILITAS PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT (APD) was incorporated in April of 2002 by its Owner and President Seth T. McDowell.

Mr. McDowell has gained 20 years of experience specializing in strategic marketing and business development throughout the Southern United States. Through this process of growth and expansion, McDowell developed a vast network of client relationships and knowledge of all aspects of commercial real estate. This rich combination educated McDowell of the ins and outs of property development and he soon realized there had to be a better way. McDowell then set out to improve upon the client focused development model.

Now a major player in Commercial Property Development, with more than a million square feet of projects across the state of Tennessee, APD has expanded its efforts into other aspects of commercial property development including design construction and property management.

Currently, most of our business has come by word of mouth. "Our premise is that we are only as good as our last project", stated Mr. McDowell. APD was created with the client in mind. Trust is the key in developing solid relationships and our goal is to walk hand in hand with our clients to make sure the development is a success.
